This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using this website. Please take a moment to read them, as they set out your important rights and obligations and Equi Luxe Selle cares about making sure we both know where we stand. When you visit this website, use our services or purchase our products, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should not continue to visit this website or purchase from us.

All products and services advertised on this website are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.



On this website, you will find blog posts, articles, guides, instructions, product descriptions, hints and tips. This information is provided solely to assist you in learning about and purchasing the right products for your horse.


Equi Luxe Selle sources all of the products that we sell from reputable international suppliers. We rely on them for the accuracy of their information, such as the results of their formulas and any marketing slogans or descriptions of results, such as ‘shinier coat in 10 days.’ While to the best of our knowledge this information is accurate, we do not offer any guarantee of results based on such testimonials. Please rely on your own research to satisfy yourself that these products are responsibly made, use quality ingredients and are suitable for your needs.

From time to time we may post content from sites that supply the products we are importing. We have no control over and are not responsible for any opinions expressed in these posts.


The products we sell are made from completely natural ingredients that have been thoroughly tested by the manufacturer for suitability of use. However, as with any new product, it is your responsibility to patch test your purchases such as shampoo and Ecolicious products on your horse prior to full body usage, to ensure there are no allergies or adverse reactions.


From time to time, Equi Luxe Selle may offer external links to manufacturer’s sites and resources of interest. We are not responsible and have no control over the content of these sites.



Equi Luxe Selle cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the products sold on this site. While we put a lot of effort into choosing quality products and believe in the advertising claims made about these products, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Equi Luxe Selle gives no warranties, guarantees, representations or conditions regarding the fitness of these products for their intended use or the results to be achieved from using them.

The content of this website is protected by copyright. Information and photos from this site may be shared on social media but MUST contain a link back to Equi Luxe Selle.

All copyright, design rights, database rights, and any rights to know-how, trade and business names, trade secrets and trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and any applications thereof (“Intellectual Property Rights”) in the site belong to Equi Luxe Selle, or are licensed to Equi Luxe Selle unless otherwise specified.  

Payment Terms

Equi Luxe Selle allows payment to be made by bank deposit or electronic funds transfer via email request.

Equi Luxe Selle currently accept payment via credit card.

All prices quoted on the site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are quoted at checkout.

Equi Luxe Selle endeavour to have all goods sent out the next working day after payment is cleared, and delivered within 3-5 working days within Australia. However, this is an estimate and we cannot guarantee the expected delivery dates. The delivery may take up to 14 days to reach New Zealand customers.

Purchases are delivered by Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided for your convenience and peace of mind.

Customer Satisfaction and Complaints

Equi Luxe Selle reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided with your order and all money received from you will be refunded using electronic funds transfer to the account from which it was paid.


Equi Luxe Selle have a no change of mind returns policy for any of the (liquid) Ecolicious Equestrian range or custom boots from Equi-fit.

We offer a 14 day change of mind exchange period for items from the Soless range and non-custom made items, provided the items are in original packaging, in unused condition and you can provide your proof of purchase. Please contact us to arrange the returns process. All postage costs associated with the exchange are at your expense.


If a product you purchase has a minor problem, such as a visor that is bent or not in the proper shape, we will exchange the product for you, subject to product availability.

If there is an obvious fault with the liquid items or custom made items that are not associated with a change of mind, we will offer a replacement or refund if the item is faulty, and we will immediately notify the supplier of the issue.

However, we do not offer replacement or refund simply because any of the packaging is torn or damaged from shipping, as we cannot be responsible for the damage of goods in transit with Australia Post.


If the item is obviously faulty or not as advertised, we will offer a money back refund. For all other problems, we will only offer a replacement product in exchange.

For items such as boots, we will offer an exchange if they do not fit and are an ‘off the shelf make.’ However, for custom items, we will not offer such an exchange if they just do not fit because it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate measurements are provided.


Equi Luxe Selle has the sole discretion to determine whether products are faulty.

To obtain a replacement or refund for faulty items you must:

  • Email us with your name, contact details, order number and details of the problem;

  • Wait for us to contact you to arrange a satisfactory solution;

  • Any product to be returned must be in its original packing and in unused condition.


Please include a copy of the postage receipt when returning faulty products. If the product is determined to be faulty, Equi Luxe Selle will refund your postage costs.

If we have the stock available in our warehouse, we are happy to provide an instant replacement. However, please be aware that Equi Luxe Selle is starting off with smaller quantities to test the market and may not have the product in our warehouse at this time. Therefore, depending on the popularity of the product, we may have to ship more in. In this instance, the customer would not be required to pay extra for the shipping costs. However, if it is a custom product and we have to order a single item in especially for the replacement, the customer will incur extra shipping costs. We will talk to our shipping brokers and provide the customer with the quote they give us for the shipment well in advance of the order. 


We do our best to ensure that products advertised on our website are in stock in our Australian warehouse and ready for sale. However, where a product is very popular, we may experience temporary logistical difficulties in supplying it as our products are international imports. If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock, please accept our apologies. We will notify you immediately and let you know the expected date of arrival for the next shipment and offer you the following options:

  • Convert your order to a pre-order pending the arrival of new stock;

  • Choose an alternative product of equivalent value; or

  • Request a refund on your order.

Visitor Information

We reserve the right to moderate any comments made on our blog, including deleting comments that we deem to be rude, offensive, spammy or unacceptable without any notification or correspondence with the author of the comment.

We offer a free email subscription area where customers will receive notifications on new products, blog posts and promotional content.

We also offer a reviews section on the products. We welcome your honest feedback. However, we reserve the right to delete comments that are unnecessarily negative or offensive.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.


If you have a problem, please contact us so that we can discuss it. If we can’t reach an agreement, we may suggest bringing in a neutral third party to help us find a solution. If we still can’t work it out, any disputes or arguments arising under this agreement are to be dealt with under the law of New South Wales, Australia.
